Did 3 runs since i came back from Tokyo. Been raining every now and then. Came home n snoozed for a while after supporting the gang at National Vertical Marathon this afternoon. Supposed to go gym but too lazy. Well, i always detest the idea of gg gym and the weather was simply too nice to resist nua-ing...hee..what an excuse.
26Feb (Wed) - Met up with Serene and ran 2 hills (Labrador then MF). My 1st run since back. Was finding the motivation to keep up. Wanted to slack but hee, how to nua when it comes to running hills?
Was so engrossed in talking during the run that i forgot to time myself.
28Feb (Fri) - Felt like gg for a run and hence i did. When i hit Qtown, i changed my mind and did the Botanical Gdn route instead of Clementi. Such is the freedom of running.
1Mar (Sat) - Supposed to hit MacR this morning but heard that the police is doing a search near Thomson area. The Bali terrorist who was imprisoned in SG escaped! Tho the probability is low, i dun think i want to bump into him in the jungle and hence timid me changed my running route for the day :P
Went for my fav route of the Quays. About half an hour into the run, it started to pour. The drizzle went from small to bigger raindrops. I was thoroughly drenched and the streets were rather empty. Seems like only this crazy woman was running...heheh.
By the time i returned home, the rain went back to a drizzle. I am glad i din catch a cold. Under Joseph's lead, the rest of the Tahan-in-1-day gang did BT trail in the rain too *salute*
